Templates in SwiftyNote are fully customizable and can be tailored according to your unique workflow, making every session smooth and efficient. Let’s see how.
1. Launch SwiftyNote on your device.
2. Choosing a template
a. Select an existing template from the dropdown or
b. Create a new template by clicking add ‘+'
3. Edit Template Fields to match your workflow
a. Check/Uncheck the titles you want to include/remove in your session note
b. Rearrange sections to align with your session notes
i. Drag and Drop the six dots to rearrange the section orders
c. Rename titles of the section to resonate with your specific needs.

d. Add new fields by clicking “add block”

b. Click “Customize"

a. Text-to-Text

b. Speech-to-Text
i. Click the microphone icon or “Dictate speech-to-text” to input speech. Follow this guide to learn more.
c. Record your patient encounters
i. Click the sound icon or “Record” to start recording your patient conversations . Follow this guide to learn more.
